Vitebsk Definition

Vitebsk is a city located in Belarus, it is the capital of the Vitebsk Region and is located on the Dirievka River, approximately 300 kilometers north of Minsk. It is known for its educational institutions, particularly the Vitebsk State University and the history of being the birthplace of avant-garde artist Marc Chagall.
