Mission Statement
Green Market on Main, as an entity of Olde Town Tucker Merchants’ Association, is Producer's Market for the Tucker community. Green Market on Main encourages community participation by bringing community members to the Main Street commercial district, offering access to local, fresh produce and products, and providing a venue for local growers to sell directly to consumers.
Here are some of the exciting things that set Green Market on Main apart:
- The market will be held on a closed off Main Street in downtown Tucker, which is a highly visible and desirable location!
- We have tremendous community support and excitement for this market. Tucker is a growing Atlanta suburb filled with active, middle-class families looking for something like this in their area.
- Our planning committee consists of many of the Main Street, Tucker business owners who are working diligently to promote this event.
- We are offering extensive marketing through our website (www.greenmarketonmain.com), social media, e-blasts, 8 large banners to be hung at key intersections, newspaper ads, local PTA's, garden clubs, community garden members, and door to door flyers in many of our neighborhoods.
